Godspeed BMX Cream Long Sleeve

The Godspeed BMX Cream Long Sleeve is a cream, heavyweight cotton long sleeve printed with an illustrated night skyline, a BMX rider caught mid-air over rooftops and scaffolding under a stormy purple sky. A graffiti-bubble “Godspeed” wordmark arches above the scene, and tribal flame line-art in pink and black runs down both sleeves. The back carries a large cracked “G” monogram with “Manifested in MMXIII” underneath, a different phrase than the “E Pluribus Unum” text used on most of the label’s other backs. It shares a restless, in-motion feel with the Godspeed Biker Highway White Long Sleeve, just swapping a motorcycle for a bike and a highway for a rooftop skyline. Godspeed rotates its back-print mottos more than it first appears.

Airborne Over a Sleeping City

Catching the rider mid-jump against a lit-up skyline gives the print more energy than a grounded action shot would, closer to a comic panel than a photo. The storm-purple sky does a lot of the mood-setting on its own.
